Cosmetic treatments at our Bingham Farms practice
Injectables. Botox and Jeuveau relax the muscles behind frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet, while dermal fillers restore lost volume in the lips, cheeks, and folds. Dr. Singer injects conservatively for natural, balanced results.
Peels and resurfacing. Chemical peels, including the popular VI Peel, along with microdermabrasion and Hydroderm facials and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, refresh tone and texture and soften fine lines, sun damage, and acne marks.
Skin tightening and texture. Microneedling and Vivace radiofrequency microneedling stimulate collagen to firm and smooth the skin, and subcision and TCA CROSS target depressed acne scars.
Vessels, pigment, and hair. IPL photofacials and the KTP laser fade redness, broken vessels, and brown spots; sclerotherapy clears leg spider veins; and PRP helps stimulate thinning hair.

Located in Bingham Farms, Craig Singer MD Dermatology was founded in 2017 by Dr. Craig Singer, a board-certified dermatologist.
We specialize in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, treating patients of all ages, newborn through elderly. We have expertise in a wide variety of skin conditions including eczema, acne, and warts as well as complicated dermatological issues that include hair loss and autoimmune disease. In addition, we are highly skilled in the evaluation of moles and skin cancer.
